We had a minor car mishap in the underground parking, but the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and calm. They quickly came to our aid and got our car unstuck without any hassle. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a good variety of options. our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we highly recommend it for its wonderful staff and convenient location.

I enjoyed the size of the room, it was very spacious. I enjoyed to dining area for breakfasts and an afternoon coffee.

It would be nice if there was a proper business centre with access to a computer and internet.

The front of house staff at Palacio San Facundo were excellent. They helped us with parking, restaurant recommendations, and even gave us directions to drive out of the old town. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good selection of options. Our room was very nice and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a great experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it.

The air conditioning system was very loud and kept turning on and off throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The room could have been cleaner, as we noticed some dust and dirt in certain areas.

The room was brand-new & stylish with first class bathrooms, a large comfortable bed and an old formica type dresser. This location was magnificent, not far from an old palace, cathedral and aqueduct and the historic centre. It also was close to all main tourist attraction: )
